Quality Service Group, LLC provides professional development, leadership training, retail store management coaching, consulting services, and related business improvement programs.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time.
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the authority to enter into a legal agreement.
You will provide accurate and complete information when required.
Payment for services must be made according to the terms outlined in your invoice, contract, or service agreement.
All fees are due as stated and are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing reasonable advance notice (typically 24–48 hours).
Missed or same-day cancellations may be subject to fees.
Program or course cancellations follow the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
All training materials, documents, presentations, videos, templates, and resources are owned by Quality Service Group, LLC and are protected under copyright law.
Clients may not:
Copy, distribute, or resell our materials
Claim ownership of our content
Share proprietary resources outside their organization without written permission
We respect the confidentiality of all client information.
Both parties agree not to disclose any non-public information obtained during the course of service unless required by law.
Clients agree to:
Participate actively in training or consulting programs
Provide accurate business information for assessments
Follow all guidelines and instructions provided
Use our services for lawful purposes only
Quality Service Group, LLC is not liable for:
Losses resulting from business decisions made based on our guidance
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Client outcomes, performance, or financial results
Our services are educational and advisory in nature. Results vary based on client implementation, staffing, management, and external business conditions.
While we strive to provide high-quality training and consulting, we do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or performance outcomes.
Client success depends on multiple factors outside our control.
Our services may reference or integrate third-party platforms or tools.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to terminate services or deny access to programs if:
A client violates these Terms
Payment is not made
Behavior is abusive, inappropriate, or harmful
Clients may terminate services as outlined in their service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Illinois courts.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website or provided via email. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
